Senior Java Developers - £40k-£50k + share options
Use your 5 years of solid Java application design and development experience using application server technology to work within the architectural team of this software company providing voicemail and voice messaging solutions. You will conceptualise, design and implement architectural and business logic solutions for leading edge J2EE based, voice focused, multi-channel messaging and collaboration application server. The role requires substantial hands-on development and skills in Java, J2EE, Application Modelling (UML), *SQL.Commercial rollout and productisation experience as well as knowledge of open source libraries related to application server infrastructure would be highly valued. Must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly, through written material and presentations and be familiar with development methodologies such as RUP and XP. Any telephony or voice application development experience would be a bonus but not required. You should also have an excellent academic record along with a positive attitude. Skills in mentoring less experienced developers would also be welcome.
